Smart casual shoe and fits me great. Very happy, and remember lowas are not made in China.
I've spent many years in Oregon before moving to Australia for the last decade. Ive had shoes in all sorts of terrain as I try to get close to animals in the wild. Ive had other names split in the sole on the ball of my foot even in wide width. The reason the LOWA lasts is that it is the last of the breed with a full one piece and hand stitched in Czech or something. Whatever they're doing with that one piece sole being fully integrated into the rest pf the shoe works splendidly for mile after mile or kilometre after kilometre wherever you're at.
Very comfortable boots. Good heel lockdown and an excellent combination of ankle mobility and support.
Great casual shoe. Amazing comfort and reliability when it come to water resistance. Leather is top notch as always from Lowa
Unreal! Best boots iv worn, highly recommended
They are awesome. Takes time to walk them in but well worth it. Was so impressed i bought a second pair.
Bloody amazing boots wish I purchased some years ago
very good product
Very good crabbing I walk Only 15 k’s so far it’s all good.
Worth every dollar by far the most comfortable boot iv owned they handle carrying a heavy pack of around 45kg with no problems at all
Could not be happier with my boots, I had a pair that lasted years of hard use. I can highly recommend these
Elite Desert Boot
Lite weight and comfortable. Have not had a chance to really test them out yet.
I bought a pair of these boots in Bozeman, Montana ( I was a visiting Aussie) about 10 years ago. They were absolutely comfortable from the first minute. They have now been all around the world several times - Iceland, Greenland, Alaska, the Yukon - and are still going strong although it's definitely time for a new pair.
This is my second pair of Lowa Zephyr Mid Tf. My first pair lasted 3 yrs in a tough environment. Great boots, no wear in required. Highly recomend!
Excellent all round boot.Have had 2 hunting seasons with these.. Just love the light weight of the Boot to get up those hills and then down again without damage to My ankles. The river crossings I've noticed are far easier as well. There is no boot on this market that is water proof when you have water over your waist!! These boots walk out the water Very well!!(if you know what i mean?)The sole design which is the rubber that Lowa have designed for protection around your foot are the winner, they have grip in all county that you need: Hard walking tracks surfaces , The Wet Forest with Slippery Bark Moss they are great!! .(To me the Vibram Sole are way over rated when it comes to Wet Moss slippery conditions!!)
Don't get me wrong, the sides of my boot are damaged etc but so they should be with all the the punishment that they have been thru!!
I've Found that when wearing gaiter's you may have to be careful as different Brands may just cut the laces like knifes,
That's my only beef to be honest!!
The IROX Boot you can't go Wrong!! Give it a TRY!
Have two pairs of these now as they are just amazing quality, great fit, comfy and versatile for just about any of your casual / travel needs!
San Francisco GTX® Lo
The only walking boot on the market for my feet.
Great returns policy. Prompt service.
2nd pair. Can't recommend highly enough. Boots perfect, staff extremely helpful and courteous.
Great shoes, this is my 4th pair of LOWA but my first pair of their casual shoes, previous purchases (3) were boots. The first pair (boots) lasted 10 years…and felt like slipper from day one! Definitely worth a look.
Just back from the overland track in Tasmania. Steve boots were great and very comfortable for someone with difficult feet to fit. (No blisters after 8 days trekking!)
Handled the wet tracks and shallow river crossings with ease.
Best hike boot I have every owned
Ranger III GTX® Wide
I use these boots out field carrying a 20-30 kg pack over many different types of terrain and all types of weather. At times I don't get to take my boots off for a couple of days.
I have found these boots to be fantastic, supportive, stable and very comfortable. They are expensive but you only get 1 pair of feet. Please keep bringing these into Australia, several of my guys have bought them since I did and love them as much as I do.
Not used on any hiking trips yet but local street walk for 5k great fit and very comfortable.Nice and wide for my foot so I would expect the boot to be very good on longer hike with 15k pack.
RENEGADE GTX® MID WIDE
Brought these boots to do the SCT in. On the trek I carried 20 kg+, gave great support to my ankles with that heavy load, feet where never wet,had no blisters and they took everything the trail could throw at them.
Feels light and flex like a running shoe, yet solid as a boot. Love them. 👌🏻
First time I've owned Lowa boots….there’s no going back now.
These are so comfortable it’s not funny. Great urban or travel shoe! Amazing feel and durable for years to come
I'm a tradie an actually bought these boots as a work boot because I have problem feet, an struggled to find a supportive and comfortable work boot. I'm in these things for 9 to 16hrs a day in side outside carrying heavy materials, they super supportive and comfortable, well vented (my feet sweat an over heat really easily) and are wearing well working, hiking and just around kicking it around in the bush in them, super happy with the purchase!
SAN FRANCISCO GTX® LO
I found this brand in Switzerland some years back (they were a winter shoe with warm fleeced lining / snow boot).
So when home I wanted an Aussie version!
I wanted something water proof and comfortable for 18 hour days on your feet. I wanted a summer version for working life in Outback Queensland. They hold up to wet yards and are light enough to still be quick on the feet should some crazy cow be after you.
I had to return the shoes because they were too small. I am in the process of re-ordering a larger pair. thanks
INNOX GTX® MID TF
Very comfortable and light pair of boots. Could even be used for trail running. Can't comment on longevity and durability yet as only had them a few weeks but very happy so far. Got a 12 US which if anything seems like it maybe runs a little small. Could be worth going half a size up compared with Scarpas.
